For Socotab Bulgaria we have built 4 CA chambers of over 700 cartons each optimize the logistical flow. The system is designed on the logistics, all products that leave the factory will be treated before exported.
Optimal logistics and clean storage have been the key points regarding the design and drawing of the facility. The cartons are loaded into the chambers from the warehouse, the incoming side. Once the room has finished a treatment, the doors on the other side will be opened and the product is unloaded into the clean zone. The CA chambers are designed to form a separation between the incoming and the clean side.
